Rubicon Recruitment in Poole, Dorset is seeking an Accounts Payable & Purchasing Administrator to join a stable local business. You will manage supplier accounts, invoicing and payments, with cross-functional work across finance and purchasing in a hybrid setup.
You will support purchasing with supplier order confirmations and pricing accuracy in SAP B1, run purchase ledger tasks, reconcile statements and coordinate bank payments including BACS and international transfers.
