Senior Business Advisory Glasgow City Centre | Full-Time | Permanent | Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced practice professional looking to join a collaborative and forward-thinking firm? We're working with a well-established accountancy practice seeking a Senior Business Advisory to support a varied portfolio of business clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high-quality accounts preparation and business support while mentoring junior colleagues and continuing their own professional development.

About the Role You'll become an integral member of a busy Business Advisory team, providing accounting and compliance services to a diverse range of owner-managed businesses, partnerships and sole traders. Working alongside managers and senior colleagues, you'll be responsible for delivering work to a high standard while building trusted relationships with clients. Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.

Producing corporation tax computations for review. Preparing management accounts to support business performance. Completing VAT returns and assisting with bookkeeping assignments. Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries. Ensuring statutory deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately. Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative working environment. About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Assisting with the submission of financial statements and tax compliance documentation. ACA, ACCA, ICAS or AAT qualification, or be qualified through relevant practical experience. Previous experience working within an accountancy practice. A solid understanding of accounts preparation and business compliance. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
