We are currently recruiting for a legal secretary for a prestigious law firm in Derby

The role of Legal Secretary will involve

Audio typing from caseworker's dictation
Answer and make calls to clients arranging appointments within the electronic diary
Maintaining the case management systems and electronic file records
Opening and closing files using the case management system
Provide backup secretarial support as required Legal Secretary skills and experience required

Must be experienced and be confident in audio typing and word processing
Have an excellent telephone manner
Previous legal secretary / Reception experience would be advantageous
