Administrator – Tideswell

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 DOE

Hours:

37.5 per week, Monday to Friday Options: 9am–5pm or 8.30am–4.30pm

Location:

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well‑established and reputable key‑working business based in Tideswell. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring smooth internal processes and excellent service to both colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities include:

* Processing customer and sales orders

* Checking and validating pricing using pricing matrices

* Providing administrative support to the Sales and Retention teams

* Updating sales reports and Excel business reports

* Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone (no sales involved)

* Entering delivery requests into the system

* High‑volume data processing

* Using MS Office and Excel at an intermediate level

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

* Proven experience in sales administration or business administration

* Recent or previous experience in a similar administrative role

* Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to work to deadlines

* Excellent attention to detail and a process‑driven approach

* Confident working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

* Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude

What’s on Offer

* Salary £25,000 – £26,000 depending on experience
