Petersfield Salary: £13.00 per hour  (DoE)

Hours:

28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday

August 2026 About the Role Our client is looking to recruit a professional and personable Receptionist to join their friendly team. This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with administration and customer service duties. You'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running.

Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone Managing appointments, schedules and diaries Handling telephone calls, emails and general enquiries professionally Maintaining accurate client records and confidential documentation Providing administrative support to the wider team Preparing client paperwork and supporting operational processes Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional, welcoming and organised Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service or Administrative role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational and time management skills A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Benefits Company pension Employee discount scheme Private medical insurance Sick pay On-site parking Supportive and friendly working environment Requirements A-Level education (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual looking to join a growing organisation where they can make a real difference in a client-facing role.
