We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to join a busy Truck Sales department in Derby. This is a vital role supporting the efficient operations of the administration team, with responsibilities including overseeing workflows, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The successful individual will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor administrative staff, contribute to process improvements, and help sustain high service standards within a dynamic environment.

- Acting as the first point of escalation for complex administrative issues
- Developing and implementing departmental processes and best practices
- Managing departmental reports and ensuring data integrity
- Overseeing high-value customer accounts and providing exceptional customer support
- Assisting with planning and coordination of vehicle movements
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes
- Reviewing month-end deal files for financial accuracy
- Processing and tracking support claims and pricing credits through to payment
- Assisting with audit preparation and maintaining compliance
- Monitoring departmental objectives and deadlines
- Updating the Truck Sales Manager on departmental performance and issues
- Strong administration experience, ideally within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or logistics sectors
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience within an administrative environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial accuracy
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
