The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy Distribution Centre in Measham.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced office environment. You will provide general administrative support to the site and help ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
Providing general office administration and clerical support
Answering and handling incoming calls and emails
Completing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Preparing and processing paperwork and documentation
Filing and maintaining office records
Supporting the warehouse and wider team with administrative tasks
Liaising with colleagues across the site
Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
Dealing with general queries professionally and efficiently
Supporting with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

About You
Previous office or administration experience is desirable
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional and hardworking
Comfortable working in a busy Distribution Centre environment
