We are actively seeking a highly skilled Paint Sprayer for a reputable client in Wimbledon. This exciting opportunity involves joining a brand-new Bodyshop opening soon in Wimbledon, perfect for experienced professionals seeking growth within the automotive sector. The successful individual will play a vital role in the daily operations of the new facility, contributing to high-quality vehicle preparation and painting work.

Benefits for the successful Paint Sprayer:
Competitive hourly rate of £18 to £20, dependent on experience Permanent, full-time position on PAYE basis Flexible working hours: 40 or 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays at standard rate 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with future wellbeing packages Opportunity to work in modern facilities, including a spray booth Chance to be part of a growing business with significant expansion potential Work on both private and insurance work vehicles within a professional environment Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
Assisting in vehicle preparation, including stripping, fitting, and surface preparation Painting and finishing vehicles using modern equipment, including spray booths Polishing vehicles to achieve a professional finish Minor component work and surface refinishing Supporting the team to establish and develop the new body shop Contributing to the smooth operation of the workshop and upholding quality standards Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Prepper, Vehicle Painter, or Vehicle Polisher in a body shop environment Ability to carry out preparation, painting, polishing, and stripping/fitting tasks Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Knowledge of vehicle refinishing techniques and use of relevant tools and equipment Flexible attitude and team-oriented approach Enthusiasm to grow and develop skills within a dynamic environment If you are seeking to join a progressive company at a prominent Wimbledon location, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career as a Paint Sprayer.
