We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the motor trade. Benefits:

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships Book vehicle services and repairs efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met Produce accurate and detailed job cards and repair estimates Communicate effectively with the workshop team regarding job progress Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities where appropriate Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction at all stages of the service process Requirements:
