think of Gallagher. Overview Join our Global Aerospace division and become part of our General Aviation Open Market team, supporting a diverse portfolio of global clients across the aviation sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to work with complex, high-value aviation risks and develop your expertise within a specialist, fast-paced environment. Youll support Senior Account Executives and Account Directors while managing your own portfolio, working with a broad client base including business jet operators, high-net-worth individuals, charter operators, air ambulance providers and rotor wing operators.

How you'll make an impact Following onboarding and training, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, including:
Managing a portfolio of General Aviation clients from enquiry through to renewal Supporting senior colleagues on large, complex fleet policies Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries throughout the policy lifecycle Gathering underwriting information and instructions from aircraft owners and operators Working collaboratively with third-party producing brokers where required Preparing and issuing quotations and policy documentation using internal systems Attending client meetings, industry events and exhibitions where required Managing your monthly renewal pipeline efficiently and proactively Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service standards Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and operations Supporting the training and development of junior team members (where appropriate) Taking ownership of your own professional development and technical growth About You 3 years experience in aviation or general insurance account management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High level of attention to detail and organisational ability Proactive, motivated and adaptable approach to work Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Eligible to work in the UK Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) with a working knowledge of general insurance products and classes Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
