Senior Bureau Analyst Responsibilities

• Onboarding clients to our Energy Hub platform
• Completing invoice validation and query reporting
• Raising and resolving queries with suppliers
• Processing changes of tenancies
• Creating and delivering monthly/scheduled recharge invoices to tenants
• Producing portfolio-wide cost and consumption reports and issuing to clients accordingly
• Assisting with and managing new connections and disconnections.
• Driving continual improvement in our billing systems and processes
• Ensuring that core processes are documented and that efficiencies are identified and implemented
• Attending client meetings with Procurement Analysts
• Development in this role will involve the recruitment of analysts to expand the bureau service team and ensure a best‑in‑class service.

• Excellent time management skills

• 3‑years experience working in the Energy industry or similar is desirable
• Familiarity with energy supplier systems and billing

• Monday to Thursday 09:00
  -17:00 with early finish Fridays 15:00 or 13:00 if on target or run rate
