The Club Company is seeking a Group Customer Experience Coach to lead, coach and elevate service standards across our premium country clubs. Reporting to the Customer Experience & Growth Director, the role will travel to clubs, coach GMs and frontline teams, using NPS and customer insight to raise experiences.
You will embed CARE values, deliver in-club training, share best practice, and help drive loyalty, premium pricing and commercial performance.
