  • Support the planning, coordination and tracking of acquisition and integration activities across multiple projects.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and work with project teams to ensure delivery remains on track.
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns promptly and recommending practical solutions.
  • Challenge constructively where actions or deliverables are at risk, ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers and governance documentation to support effective delivery.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Elicit, document and analyse business requirements from a range of stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions to gather information and define requirements.
  • Produce clear and concise documentation, including process maps, business requirements, user stories and impact assessments.
  • Analyse data and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk or improve delivery outcomes.
  • Develop new processes, templates and ways of working where gaps are identified.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support

  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure dependencies are understood and managed.
  • Support project testing, change management and business readiness activities
  • Assist in translating project outcomes into training and operational requirements to support successful adoption
