Demonstrable experience in business analysis with expertise in gathering requirements and constructing process designs that support delivery activities. Experience or understanding of designing target state business architecture such as capability maps, operating models, value streams or service models is desirable. Strategic acumen enabling comprehension of organisational objectives and formulation of effective transformation strategies aligned with business goals.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills facilitating positive relationships across teams and consensus-building in multifaceted environments.
