A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Principal Quantity Surveyor for a 12-month project based in Derby. You will be responsible for cost estimates, procurement activities, and managing construction contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and excellent knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.

This role offers a competitive rate of £28.00 per hour, with 37 hours per week expectations.
