Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or relevant subject MRICS Minimum 2 years PQE
Roles & Responsibilities :
Site/Condition Surveys, project management, contract administration Detailed Report Writing, defect assessment and remedial advice Party Wall, refurbishments, restoration, maintenance & repair advice Health & Safety Technical (CAD) design & drawing, planning & building regulations Dilapidations Salary & Package: £55,000 £ 68,000 Bonus Training & development budget Professional subscriptions paid Private healthcare 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 1-day per year allowed for volunteering Pension Cycle to work scheme Eye care vouchers
