Construction Administrator

My client is a family-owned construction/ property development business based in Derbyshire. They are seeking an experienced administrator to join their friendly team and support with a variety of construction/property duties on a part time basis (30 hours per week). This role will be based in Repton. Working hours will be required over 5 days Monday to Friday  with occasional home working.

Duties will include:
Support in project costing and manage cost portfolio Assist with the input of the Cost plan. Managing the Project Sheet with all interim costings of the professional team. Gathering reports and surveys and saving them into the one drive in preparation for the Planning Consultant for the planning application. Create and agree the External Materials Schedule which is submitted as part of the planning application.

Assist in the planning application liaising with the planning consultant.
