We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to take control of a traditional build housing development in Derby, starting ASAP.
This role is suited to a proven, hands-on Site Manager who has managed housing sites from groundwork through to completion and understands the demands of traditional brick-and-block construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full day-to-day management of the site
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Driving programme and maintaining build quality
* Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed
* Reporting progress to senior management
Essential Requirements:
* MUST have strong experience managing traditional build housing projects
* MUST be a fully experienced Site Manager (not stepping up)
* Proven track record delivering housing sites successfully
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential or strongly preferred)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
Project Length: 1–2 months (potential to extend)
