TM Green Group, a highly respected civil engineering and groundworks contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Derby. This role involves managing commercial aspects of multiple groundworks projects from pre-construction to final accounts while ensuring profitability.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in groundworks or civil engineering, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts. A competitive salary and excellent benefits package are offered.
