MBS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for civil engineering projects in Derby. This site-based role offers an immediate start with hybrid working patterns and a focus on commercial leadership across NEC3/4 contracts.
You will oversee three schemes from start on site to handover on a 6–12 month contract, outside IR35, with daily rates of £400–£450. Derby-based site, flexible hybrid pattern and strong contract knowledge are essential.
