Harper Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee an internal fit-out project in Derby. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit-out works and the capability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards while the building remains occupied during the project. Preferred working hours are 12-hour shifts Monday to Thursday, with shorter hours on Friday.
