We are currently recruiting a Skilled Operative with a Dumper Ticket for a short-term assignment starting on Monday 7th September 2026 based in Derby.

The Role:

Assisting with civils works on-site alongside general groundworks duties.

Operating the forward tipping dumper when required (please note: this is a combined skilled operative role, not 100% seat time).

Supporting the site team to keep project milestones on track.

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket

Valid CSCS Card

Proven civils background

Full PPE and right to work in the UK
