Our client is a highly regarded construction and fit-out contractor delivering new build, refurbishment and interior fit-out projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for quality delivery, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and support the continued growth of the business.

Contracts Manager roles and responsibilities

Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors across a portfolio of projects.
Monitor programme performance, project costs, quality standards and client satisfaction.
Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Drive health & safety compliance and ensure company standards are maintained across all sites.

Contracts Manager requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction, fit-out or refurbishment sectors.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent understanding of construction processes, planning and project delivery.
SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications preferred.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Contracts Manager benefits

£75,000 - £85,000 basic salary.
Travel expenses covered.
