You will be responsible for overseeing electrical building services projects across the commercial, industrial and public sectors, managing projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.

• Managing multiple electrical projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Overseeing project budgets, costs, programmes and profitability.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Working closely with the wider management team to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar senior electrical project management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial or public sector projects.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and commercial skills.
• Confident managing client relationships and leading project teams.
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in long-term career development.

• £65,000 - £75,000 salary, depending on experience.
