- Hybrid working, four days in office The Company This is a boutique live event and experience agency with creative, design and production all under one roof. They work across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the USA on everything from music festivals and product launches to large-scale installations and experiential builds. The client base is household-name calibre, the team is tight and collaborative, and the agency has grown significantly on the back of repeat business from major brands.

The Role The Senior Producer
- Events sits at the heart of the agency's project delivery, owning large-scale UK and global events from initial brief through to post-production, working directly with clients and leading the internal team across creative, design and production.

- Lead project kick-offs, develop concept documents, budgets and timelines
- Own client relationships, including weekly catch-ups and stakeholder management
- Deliver production across site planning, installations, staging and event infrastructure
- Manage external contractors and suppliers from install through to de-rig
- Oversee supplier negotiations and ongoing commercial agreements
- Mentor and support producers and project managers on the wider team
- Manage Health and Safety documentation including RAMS
- Oversee post-production, reconciliation and client feedback The Candidate

The right candidate for this Senior Producer
- Events role will have a solid background in an event agency environment, with hands-on experience managing complex briefs across festivals, product launches, experiential or conferences. You will be confident owning budgets of £300k and above, leading client relationships independently and managing external production teams and suppliers at every stage of a project.

Experience with Health and Safety RAMS and method statements, CAD planning, or mentoring junior producers would all be beneficial but are not essential. If you have come from a slightly different agency background but can demonstrate the client leadership and production management skills this Senior Producer
