We’re working with a growing Derby-based business that is looking to welcome a Customer Service Co-ordinator to its friendly and supportive team. .
The role will involve:
• Handling inbound customer calls and emails
• Providing excellent customer support and resolving enquiries
• Managing bookings and coordinating diaries
• Updating customer records and internal systems
• Supporting both the customer service and administration teams
We’re looking for someone with:
