Position: Customer Experience Support

The Role:

Sales Support

Salary: £13 per hour basic + Bonus

Location:

Derby

Contract Type:

Hours:

20 hours, 3 days - weekend working required

Responsibilities
  • Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
  • Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
  • Understanding what each customer needs are when they arrive and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
  • Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month
Qualifications
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • Experience delivering great customer service, this can be from any industry
  • Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
  • Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and a customer‑focused attitude
