Luxury Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service across venues. You will welcome guests, promote offers and events, handle cash, serve refreshments, and help with opening/closing procedures.
The role combines customer service with supervisory duties, with an enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour for supervisory work and an additional £1.50 per hour for hours between 11pm and 6am. Shift pattern is Monday to Sunday, 5 of 7 days.
