Cityscape Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading PLC house builder for a Customer Relations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid and focuses on delivering exceptional customer journeys from handover through warranty, leading a team of Customer Service Coordinators.
You will report to the Head of Customer Care, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs and ensure compliant, high-quality service across departments.
