Competitive, dependent on experience The Opportunity A well-established organisation is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join its busy support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via telephone. Accurately log and manage customer requests using internal systems. Direct enquiries to the appropriate departments where required. Provide customers with updates regarding ongoing requests and queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence. Support administrative activities across the wider team. Assist with service coordination duties when required. Contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience at all times.
Undertake general office administration and support tasks. Skills and Experience Professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Confident interacting with customers and colleagues. Positive, reliable and proactive approach to work. Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous experience within customer service, administration or an office-based role would be advantageous.
