Are you an experienced CAD Technician looking for a long-term role with clear progression and a supportive team? Join one of the UK's leading survey companies at their modern Derby office, where you'll enjoy flexible shift options, tailored training, and a fantastic work-life balance.
What's in it for you?- From £14.35 per hour
- Monday to Friday, no weekend work
- Choose your shift: 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00
- 12-week temp-to-perm route with clear career progression
- Fully office-based role, no site travel required

- Bi-annual company events and ongoing professional development
- Producing detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD, Revit and Micro Station
- Creating 3D models with Sketch Up or Solid Works
- Collaborating with project teams to deliver on design requirements
- Updating drawings and modifications during build phases
- Proven CAD experience with software such as AutoCAD, Revit or Civil 3D
- Understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-first approach
