Education Personnel is seeking qualified and experienced Supply Teachers (QTS) to work across a variety of secondary schools throughout Derbyshire. Whether you want full-time flexibility, a few consistent days each week or work that fits around your lifestyle, we can build a schedule that suits you. Simply be prepared to take a call from 7am, and we’ll do the rest.

About the role
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain strong behaviour management and ensure students remain focused and engaged. You’ll bring your own subject knowledge, clarity and calm leadership to each class, ensuring continuity of learning even when the regular teacher is absent.

This role gives you the freedom to experience different schools, year groups and departments, while still using your teaching expertise to support students across the curriculum. It’s ideal for those wanting variety, work-life balance or a refreshing change from long-term responsibilities.
