We are seeking a resilient, high-energy, and experienced Cover Supervisor to take the lead with a specific small group of four energetic and lively Key stage 4 boys. This is not a standard "sit-at-the-desk" cover role; we need a strong personality who can command respect while building a positive rapport.

You will be responsible for delivering learning activities, managing classroom behavior with a firm but fair approach, and ensuring these students remain engaged and on-task throughout the school day.

  Ability to take the lead immediately and manage challenging, high-energy dynamics.

  Experience:
  
  Previous experience working in a school setting, PRU, or with students who require extra behavioral support is essential.
• Consistency:
  As this is a long-term role, we need someone dedicated to providing stability for these pupils.

  The ability to think on your feet and pivot educational activities to keep the group focused.
