Maths Teacher; ECT

A well-regarded 11–18 school in Derby is recruiting a driven Maths ECT to join its welcoming Mathematics department from January 2026.

The Maths department has a collaborative ethos, with a mastery-style curriculum and shared schemes that reduce workload and support pacing.

You’ll teach Maths across KS3–KS4 , with opportunities to observe and support A-Level lessons. You’ll have :

• A dedicated Maths mentor
• A reduced timetable

• Targeted CPD on modelling, explanation and questioning
