The Opportunity:

* Pay:
Starting at £90 per day, term-time only (8.30am - 3.30pm)

* Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday or Part-time flexible days throughout the week.

The Ideal Candidate :
To be considered, you must:

* Hold a degree with a minimum classification of 2:2

* Be driven by a passion for working with students and influencing their lives positively

* Possess a deep love for your subject matter (English, Maths, Science, Sport etc)

* Radiate enthusiasm, friendliness, and approachability

* Demonstrate strong communication skills

* Approach the classroom with creativity and self-reflection

* Build robust, supportive relationships with students of diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting students in a classroom environment

* Leading small groups and providing one-on-one support outside the classroom

* Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance the educational experience
