Education Personnel, one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the East Midlands, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Ripley. This is a full-time role starting immediately and running until the end of the academic year.
The Role
* Support pupils across the school in their learning, wellbeing, and personal development
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-to-one or small group support
* Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Support students with additional needs or learning difficulties
* Contribute to the smooth running of the school day and educational activities
