This role is ideal for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who wants to make a real difference to the learning and wellbeing of secondary school pupils with additional needs.

The role:

* Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including 1:1 and small group support

* Assisting teaching staff in delivering lessons and adapting resources

* Supporting pupils’ learning, behaviour management, and emotional regulation

* Helping create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment

* Supporting the SENCo with targeted interventions and monitoring progress

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)

* Have experience supporting pupils with SEN in a secondary school setting (desirable)

* Be patient, reliable, and empathetic

* Be confident in supporting a range of learning needs

* Be available on an ongoing basis, full-time or part-time
