Responsibilities would include:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are in line with the national curriculum
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued
Implement proactive and effective behaviour management strategies to keep children engaged
Maintain regular communication with parents and staff to support and track progress
Assess and monitor student performance to provide constructive feedback
We are looking for a teacher who:
Is passionate about inclusive education and working with children with high SEND and behaviour needs.
Has excellent classroom management skills and a calm, positive approach.
Can adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
Is collaborative, reflective and committed to ongoing professional development.

Pay to Scale rates from day one through PAYE (£160 - £170 per day).

Requirements:
QTS with experience in Primary Schools
KS1 Teaching experience
DBS on the update service
Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents and colleagues.
Ability to educate and inspire young learners.
