Pay Rate: 140 - 190 per day (depending on experience)

Aspire People are currently recruiting a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to work in a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools across Derby. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for flexible or long-term opportunities.

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Planning, preparing, and assessing pupils' work
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals where required

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Has experience teaching within a primary school setting (ECTs encouraged to apply)
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Is adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

• Competitive daily pay of 140 - 190, dependent on experience
