The successful ECT Primary Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Excellent classroom behaviour management skills
The ability to adapt quickly to different schools and teaching environments
A positive, engaging and energetic approach to teaching
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
