Are you interested in working in the Education sector but not quite sure how? You will be working with challenging students both on a 1‑2‑1 basis and in small groups. Experience working with teenagers is desirable, although not necessarily in a school setting. Experience as a youth worker, support worker or sports coach would also be relevant.
ResponsibilitiesWork with challenging students on a 1‑2‑1 basis and in small group settings to support their behaviour and learning.
Qualifications and Requirements- Experience working with children who exhibit difficult behaviour and have a positive impact on them.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Passion for working and supporting children's learning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with other professionals.
- Willingness to provide a recent DBS check, a barred list check and two references from most recent employers.
