Long Term Futures Ltd in Derby (DE3) is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm SEMH school setting. You will provide 1:1 and small‑group support across Maths, English and core subjects, helping students access learning.
You will build trusting relationships, support emotional regulation, and help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and important life skills inside and outside the classroom.
