Colonel Frank Seely Academy, part of Redhill Academy Trust, is seeking a Personal Care and Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND. The role is 32.5 hours a week, term-time only, fixed term for 1 year, starting September 2026.
Experience in welfare and wellbeing is essential, with a pathway for progression and CPD. The successful candidate will join a supportive learning support team managed by the SENDCo, helping to remove barriers to inclusion and support students across key stages
