Teacher Active is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Derby. The school is looking for a professional and approachable School Administrator who can contribute to the smooth running of its busy office.

The school is looking to appoint a School Administrator on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026 until Christmas, working Monday to Friday from 8am until 4pm. The successful School Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative duties, communicate with staff and parents, maintain accurate records and confidently use school administration systems.

The successful School Administrator will have:

• Previous experience working in a school administration role

• Experience using school administrative and management systems

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to manage confidential information appropriately

• A professional, organised and approachable manner
