Youll be supporting small groups of pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour , helping them to thrive in a safe, structured environment. Key responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs Working with small groups and occasional 1:1 Helping pupils regulate and engage in learning Working collaboratively with teachers and support teams Providing calm, consistent and nurturing support Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in SEND or behaviour support Resilience, patience and a positive attitude Strong relationship-building skills Full-time availability A genuine desire to help young people succeed What youll get:
