Were recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for long-term roles in Derby City SEND and SEMH provisions. Youll be supporting small groups of pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour, helping them to thrive in a safe, structured environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs

• Working with small groups and occasional 1:1

• Helping pupils regulate and engage in learning

• Working collaboratively with teachers and support teams

• Providing calm, consistent and nurturing support

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in SEND or behaviour support
