Derby City | Full-Time | Long-Term | Small Groups (SEND & SEMH)

Enlightenment Education are looking for committed Nurture Teachers to work in Derby City SEND and SEMH provisions. These are long-term, full-time roles teaching small groups of pupils with additional needs. Consistency is key, so were looking for teachers who can build strong relationships and provide stability.

• Teaching small groups across KS2KS5

• Planning and delivering adapted lessons

• Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and complex needs

• Creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment

• Working closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams and behaviour leads

• QTS (Primary, Secondary or SEND considered)

• Experience in SEND, SEMH, AP or small-group teaching

• Strong behaviour management and relationship-led practice

• Ability to adapt lessons and support varied learning needs
