22 College in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with individual and group tasks, under the guidance of a teacher.
You will help implement lesson plans, manage behaviour, and liaise with parents while safeguarding and SEN requirements are met. This role offers 37 hours per week, term-time only, with a permanent contract and a salary around £25,500 FTE.
