SEND Teaching Assistant

Enlightenment Education is now recruiting full-time, long-term SEND Teaching Assistants to support a range of specialist schools across both primary and secondary settings. We work with nurturing, inclusive provisions that support children with a variety of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.

We currently have multiple vacancies available, including:

• SEND Teaching Assistants Primary & Secondary Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and SEMH.

• SEMH Teaching Assistants Secondary Working with pupils who require emotional regulation support, behaviour guidance, and consistent pastoral input.

• Key Stage 3 SEND Teaching Assistants Supporting small groups and 1:1 learners within specialist SEND provisions.

• HLTA SEND & Little Wandle Phonics Delivering interventions, supporting teachers, and leading small groups across SEND and mainstream settings.
