We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a large, supportive school in Redbridge. - Deliver 1:1 support to Early Years Foundation Stage students, focusing on their progress and attainment
- Follow and adapt the curriculum effectively in collaboration with teaching staff
- Confidently manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Communicate clearly and positively with parents and colleagues
- Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach in all tasks
- Support students in a nurturing and inclusive environment
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
- Strong confidence in behaviour management and supporting SEND pupils
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
- Desire to pursue a career in Teacher Training or further education
- Flexible, adaptive, and proactive approach
